Terms of Use
Last updated: July 25, 2026
These terms cover your use of the curbwatch.app website. The Curbwatch app itself is licensed separately, as described below.
The website
The content of this site — text, images, and branding — belongs to Curbwatch and is provided for your information. It is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and may change or be removed at any time. We work to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee it is complete or current.
The app
Curbwatch is distributed through the Mac App Store and licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement — not these terms — governs your use of the app.
Purchases
Curbwatch is free to download; some features require a one-time in-app purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple under your Apple account, and refunds are handled by Apple according to their terms.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload this site, and don't scrape or republish its content as your own.
Third-party links
Links to third-party sites (such as Apple's or Cloudflare's) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curbwatch will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the operator of this site resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
Trademarks
Curbwatch is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla, TeslaCam, and Sentry Mode are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. Mac, the Mac App Store, and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc.
